1. Are the arrangements made of real fresh flowers?

Yes! Very much! God created each one!

We offer flowers that are real, natural, premium domestic as well as imported flowers.

 

3. How do I order?

You can place your orders over the website. For customization, call or message us. We will send you the details.

 

2. Where all do you deliver?

We deliver in selected areas of Delhi and NCR. Please provide correct address details (including floor) and contact information to avoid unnecessary delay.

You can choose your preferred day in the delivery calendar at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on your delivery date.

If you need flowers delivered in NCR and are not in our delivery area, please leave a message. We will get back to you with the best possible solution.

 

3. Can I specify a delivery time?

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on your delivery date.

We deliver throughout the week: 8am-5pm

 

8. What is the delivery charge?

Delivery charges are based on where the flowers need to be delivered. We deliver in selected areas of NCR.  

If you need flowers delivered in NCR and are not in our delivery area, please leave a message, we will get back to you with the best possible solution.

 

4. Do you offer same day delivery?

No, we don’t. Since we purchase flowers the very morning of delivery, delivery orders are to be placed at least a day in advance.

We recommend placing your orders as much in advance as possible. Flowers change regularly based on seasons so, please treat the pictures as the closest possible replicas of the final product.

 

5. How many days ahead should I place my order?

We only need 1-day notice but you can place your order well in advance. Please do so as per your convenience. You can order up to 4 weeks in advance.

 

6. Last order is taken at what time?

Last order for delivery is taken at 8pm for the next day delivery.

 

7. How can I pay?

Payment for deliveries is to be done in full by online transfer, card or PAYTM. We do not offer COD.

 

9. Do you deliver on Sunday?

Yes, we do deliver on Sunday.

 

10. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the custom nature of the products and all of our arrangements are specially catered and designed to a specific individual. We assure you that the flowers are delivered professionally and are the freshest purchase of the day.

 

11. Can I take out the flowers from the box?

For box Bunchary Basics (Bouquets) please remove the flowers from the packing and place them in a vase with clean fresh water. Change the water daily.

For all foam-based arrangements we request you to not remove the flowers.

 

12. Which flower do I order? Any suggestions?

Yes! We do. Please refer to the page Bunchary suggests!

 

13. How do I maintain my flowers to make them look healthier and last a bit longer?

Awwwww! That’s so nice of you to ask! We love people who love our flowers as much as we do.

For bouquets, just change the water daily and cut the stems (2cm) every day.

The arrangements set in foam already have the food absorbed in the foam. Nothing needs to be done.
